Enrollments are open until Friday, April 28, 2023, for the Higher Education course "Democratic Constitution Making between Deliberative and Crowd-sourced Forms of Constitutionalism", organized by Giuseppe Martinico, professor of Comparative Public Law at the DIRPOLIS (Law, Politics, Development) Institute.

The course aims to explore democratic constitution-making processes from the perspective of comparative law and offers an in-depth and up-to-date analysis of the mechanisms of direct and representative participation in constituent processes from a comparative perspective. The lectures, all in online mode, are scheduled from Monday, May 8, 2023 to Friday, May 19, 2023. The program includes meetings on interdisciplinary topics with international academics.
